How do I Get a Quote?
Please enter your Travel information into the Quick Quote box at the left. For a quote we only need the Travel Dates . . . Number of Travelers . . . and the Total Non-Refundable Trip Cost for All Travelers.
(Please note the quote system will automatically calculate the per person cost. You will have the option to vary the individual per person Trip Cost during the Enrollment process.)
Press Get Quote:
When you press get quote you will be taken to the Enrollment page . . . where you will find the Insurance Premium quote for your selected Trip Cost for all Travelers included in the quote. The Plan Benefits box (below) will be duplicated for your convenience. For a pop-up description of coverage, simply run your cursor over the benefits.
Enrollment:
If you wish to purchase simply complete the enrollment form.
Finalize the Sale:
Finalize the sale by submitting your Credit Card information on our Secure server.
What Happens After I Purchase the Plan?
1.) Once you have purchased the Travel Insurance in "Real Time" on our Secure server, you will receive an immediate online confirmation indicating that the sale has been accepted by the underwriter. (Please be patient and do not click the "Purchase" button more than once or click the "Back" or "Refresh" buttons on your browser. This will duplicate the transaction. 2.) If you have input your email address during the Enrollment process you will receive an email copy of the Transaction, including a Summary of Benefits, the Policy/Confirmation Number, and Identification Cards (which will list your policy number, travel dates, and the phone numbers you would call in the case of a Worldwide emergency or claim) . . . and a link to a complete Description of Coverage. You will also receive a hard copy of the CONFIRMATION PACKAGE in the mail within 7 days.
