How do I Get a Quote?
Please enter your Travel information into the Real-Time Quote box at the left. For a quote we only need the Travel Dates . . . Ages of Travelers . . . and the Total Non-Refundable Trip Cost for All Travelers.
(Please note the quote system will automatically calculate the per person cost. You will have the option to vary the individual per person Trip Cost during the Enrollment process.)
Press Get Quote:
When you press Get Quote, you will be taken to the Product Comparision page . . . where you can compare the Plan Benefits and make your selection. For a pop-up benefit description, simply run your cursor over the benefits.
Plan Comparison / Enrollment:
After comparing Plan Benefits, make your Plan choice by clicking on the Buy Now button. You will be taken to the Enrollment page. Here you will enter your Traveler and Trip information . . . and you can change individual Trip Costs for Travelers and review your Enrollment Information before submitting your payment. All purchase forms are secured by 128-bit encryption standards.
Finalize the Sale:
If you wish to make changes, click the Previous button. Please be patient and do not click the "Back" or "Refresh" buttons on your browser. This will duplicate the transaction. Finalize the sale by submitting your Credit Card on our Secure server. If you are having difficulties, please contact us at 1 (800) 694-4311 Ext 38.
What Happens After I Purchase the Plan?
1.) Once you have purchased the Travel Insurance in "Real Time" on our Secure server, you will receive an immediate online confirmation indicating the sale has been accepted by the underwriter. (Please be patient and do not click the "Purchase" button more than once as it will result in duplicate policies.) If you are have questions or concerns, please contact us at 1 (800) 694-4311 Ext 38.
2.) You will receive an email copy of the Transaction, including a Summary of Benefits, the Policy/Confirmation Number, and Identification Cards (which will list your policy number, travel dates, and the phone numbers you would call in the case of a Worldwide Emergency or claim) . . . and a link to a complete Description of Coverage.
